Howdy!
I'll bet you're looking for all the Lisa stuff that was here at one time, aren't you? Well, I have a bit of a sad story about all that...
As evidenced by the links that still point to this page on so many people's sites, this page had a LOT of Lisa information. Schematics, repair manuals, and all kinds of goodies. And yes, even pictures of my beloved Lisa 2. Unfortunately, I've neglected this site for quite a bit of time now, and I have managed to misplace my Lisa documents. Well, that's not entirely true - I do know where my 3'x4' sized Lisa schematics are, but the files... well, they are kind of MIA.
Fear not Lisa lover - I will be putting that stuff back up as time allows (provided I can find all of it). Also, I plan on putting up some stuff about my other legacy Apple hardware. Here's a quick list:
For what it's worth, the Apple Lisa was the best computer Apple ever made, and was probably the most significant contribution to computing since the ENIAC. I'm sure I'll have some people contact me with dissenting opinions, but no matter - I'm right, and you are wrong. So there.
So, to help satisfy your thirst for all things Lisa, here are some videos showing the Lisa at work:
I also have some old Apple commercials that I will be converting to Google Video, again, as time allows. That's provided that they aren't already posted up there. To the best of my knowledge, the only TV ad with the Lisa was one that had Kevin Costner as a proto-Yuppie executive.
You know, if those things hadn't cost as much as a fully loaded Buick, they might have really taken off...
